Is the early RSVP mandatory?

Nope. Early RSVPs help us plan, but we’ll send a formal invitation later including an official RSVP.

Should I book travel now?

If you’ll be traveling, it may be helpful to secure refundable arrangements. Of course, the decision is entirely yours.

What if my plans change?

Not a problem. Plans change – we understand. We’ll collect final RSVPs after formal invitations are sent.

When will formal invitations be sent?

Late July.

Can I bring a plus one?

Formal invitations will confirm who is included in your party.

Are children invited?

While we love your kiddos, with the exception of some immediate family, the weekend’s events will be adults-only.

Is a hotel block available?

A limited number of rooms will be available. If you’re interested, please indicate this in your early RSVP. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What events are happening?

We’re planning a full weekend. Schedule details will be shared with your invitation.

What should we do while we’re in town?

We love Pittsburgh and think you will too. We’re putting together a list of recommendations so you can make a weekend out of it.
